Dr. Tommy Snow and Snow’s Counseling & Consulting LLC want this website to be understandable and usable by the widest practical range of visitors, including older adults and people who use assistive technology.
Our Commitment
Accessibility is part of hospitality.
We are working toward the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, commonly called WCAG, with particular attention to perceivable content, keyboard operation, understandable language, and reliable page structure.
This is an ongoing effort. We do not claim that every page or third-party service is free from every accessibility barrier.
Visible Focus
Keyboard focus is displayed with a strong, high-contrast outline so visitors can see which link, button, or form field is active.
Readable Structure
Pages use descriptive headings, plain-language sections, generous spacing, and responsive layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
Images and Meaning
Meaningful photographs include text descriptions. Decorative visual elements are hidden from assistive technology when they do not add information.
Reduced Motion
The website respects a visitor’s reduced-motion setting and minimizes animation or transition effects when that preference is enabled.
Forms and Instructions
Forms provide visible labels, required-field indicators, practical instructions, and warnings against submitting sensitive financial or clinical information.
Third-Party Services
Some actions may open services outside this website, including Stripe for secure conference payments and your own email application for inquiries. Those services maintain their own accessibility practices. If an external process creates a barrier, please contact Dr. Snow’s office so that a reasonable alternative can be considered.
