Approved Facilitators
Permission to use a program includes responsibility for how it is taught.
Facilitator suitability is considered in relation to the program, audience, setting, and level of sensitivity. Requirements may differ across trauma, domestic-violence, fatherhood, faith, leadership, and whole-person-health programs.
Organizational Approval
The facilitator is identified by the licensed organization and included within the people and settings authorized in writing.
Relevant Preparation
The facilitator brings appropriate education, professional experience, ministry preparation, community leadership, or subject familiarity for the assigned program.
Program Orientation
The facilitator completes the preparation required for the program and agrees to teach the approved content faithfully, without unauthorized alteration or expansion.
Responsible Boundaries
The facilitator understands the difference between education and treatment, avoids forced disclosure or diagnosis, and follows appropriate referral, safety, and emergency procedures.
Approval is program-specific. A person approved to facilitate one educational program is not automatically qualified or authorized to facilitate every program in the library.
Stewardship of Intellectual Property
Licensing is permission—not ownership.
Programs remain the intellectual property of Snow’s Counseling & Consulting LLC. Materials may not be copied, altered, recorded, resold, posted publicly, transferred to another organization, or used beyond the agreed scope without written permission.
Licensed Program Questions
Clear answers protect everyone.
Every final license is established through a written professional agreement. These answers explain the general standard before an organization begins an inquiry.
May our organization copy or share the materials?
Only as specifically permitted in the written license. Approved participant copies may be included, while public posting, unrestricted duplication, transfer to another organization, resale, or distribution outside the authorized audience requires separate written permission.
May a facilitator change the teaching?
Facilitators should preserve the approved content, purpose, cautions, and professional boundaries. Reasonable audience-centered examples or delivery adjustments may be discussed during preparation, but material changes, added claims, rebranding, or removal of required safeguards are not automatically permitted.
May we record, livestream, or post a licensed program?
Not unless the written agreement expressly authorizes that use. A license for in-person or virtual delivery does not automatically include recording, livestreaming, rebroadcasting, social-media posting, or placement in an online learning library.
How long does a license last?
The term is defined for the particular organization, program, audience, and use. Some needs may involve a limited event or series; others may support repeated delivery during an agreed period. Continued use after expiration requires renewal or another written agreement.
Does purchasing a license approve every facilitator?
No. Facilitator approval is program-specific and may depend upon the content, audience, setting, preparation, experience, and required orientation. Approval for one program does not automatically extend to another.
Are licensed programs psychotherapy or clinical treatment?
No. They are educational and professional resources. They do not establish a counselor-client relationship or authorize diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, crisis therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medical advice, or legal advice. Individual clinical concerns belong with an appropriately established licensed professional relationship.
How is the professional investment determined?
Investment is based upon scope: the program, organization, audience, number of approved facilitators, anticipated reach, term, materials, preparation, customization, and permitted uses. A written proposal clarifies what is included before either party is committed.

No organization is committed by submitting an inquiry. The professional relationship begins only after the scope is accepted and the appropriate written agreement is completed.

Responsibilities, payment terms, intellectual-property protections, professional boundaries, and implementation expectations are confirmed in writing.
